How we use it
We use information to respond to enquiries, assess potential land opportunities, maintain records of introductions and, where appropriate and agreed, communicate with relevant developers, promoters or professional advisers.
Sharing
We do not sell personal information. Site or ownership details may be shared with a prospective developer or promoter where this is necessary for an agreed introduction or where there is another lawful basis to do so.
