SiteFound is led by Rhodri Evans, who researches land and property opportunities across the UK and makes direct introductions between owners and established developers or strategic land promoters.
The approach is deliberately straightforward. We do not pretend to be the planner, solicitor, surveyor or developer. Instead, we concentrate on identifying credible opportunities, understanding the ownership and planning context, and making a useful introduction where there is a clear fit.
That independence also means a site is not pushed toward a single predetermined route. Different opportunities may suit strategic promotion, direct acquisition, an option, a conditional contract or no development at all.
